Superb Regency-style rosewood sofa table with crossbanding and inlays of satinwood. This piece was copied from the original, the only alteration being the depth. The Arthur Brett model is, in fact, 10cm/4in shallower than the antique, a size more suitable for today’s homes. Please note particularly the elaborate inlay which continues on the understructure, including the splay legs and turned stretcher.
